Korean Style Glaze
I’ve just discovered this glaze (courtesy of Mildred’s) and used it on their Korean style no chicken burger and honestly it was divine! This glaze will store for up to 2 weeks in a jar in the fridge and it is super easy to make.
Salt & Pepper Tofu
Salt and pepper seasoning used in classic Cantonese cooking is called Jiao yan and is absolutely perfect for tofu dishes like this. I’ve also used this seasoning on homemade chips (fries), which was absolute heaven. The pepper is not traditional black peppercorns, but Sichuan peppercorns
