Thrive Causemetics are like the Toms of cosmetics, its “Beauty with a Purpose” as they say. Thrive will donate one product for a women in need for every one product sold. Thrive gives products to women who are going through cancer treatment at hospitals and events around the world. It has a “Beauty with a Purpose”, movement where you can actually get involved on their website if your a makeup artist, customer, or looking to help out, they have events you can sign up for and a section where you can nominate someone to receive beauty products.
Thrive Causesmetics was created by a makeup artist who was inspired to start the line after losing a friend to cancer at a young age. All of their products are vegan, and made without parabens, sulfates, toxins and petrochemcials.
I really love Thrive Causemetics commitment to giving back, and doing so with non-chemical laden products. So many times conventional cosmetic companies try to give back but end up giving women products that helped cause the problem in the first place. Also, the best part about Thrive Causemetics are the products themselves! Check out our reviews.
Thrive Infinity Lash Adhesive, This is a great product if you have sensitive eyes or a latex allergy as its latex-free. Mentioned on their site is that all the products are Dermatologist, Ophthalmologist, and Oncologist tested and approved. My friend and fellow makeup artist Sarah Woolf who works on Dancing with The Stars (so you know this girl knows lashes well) loves the adhesive and lashes and had great things to say. I really like this product and it worked great if not better than any chemical filled brands I have used in the past…this has become a new staple in my makeup kit.

Thrive Faux Lashes, I found these lashes to work really well, they also seem sturdy so you will be able to use them multiple times, they actually say they were designed to be used for up to 30 uses. I have not had the time to try them out thirty times yet or I would never have gotten this article out, but so far so good. There are six different lash sets to choose from, each named after inspiring women and they are all vegan and cruelty free. I hope they come out with cluster individual lash sets soon too, just putting it out there.
Tip: You always want to treat your lashes really gently so that you can reuse them. On their site they have great maintenance and application tips here.

Infinity Waterproof Brow Liner, I like that this brow pencil is thin, it’s similar to the super popular Anastasia brow pencil and would make for a great swap-out product. The fact that this brow liner is little makes it perfect for filling in spots where you don’t have hair or for extending out your brow, because its little the strokes look natural. I also like the brush at the end which always comes in handy. The only thing is that it only comes in two shades, a universal dark and light. They use what they call Smart Pigment which they say blends to match pretty much any color. I do have to say that they did a great job with the two shades. Blonde is often hard to match and the brown seems to match most brown colors… so maybe that is not a downfall after all.
Tip: I find that with these fine pencils that if you use them for your entire brow you will go through it very fast, so I like to just use it on the spots where its needed and fill the rest in with a powder.

Infinity Waterproof Eyeliner, This eye liner really stays put like they say and it comes off really nicely at the end of the night, unlike some waterproof makeup. The blender at the bottom detaches and has a pencil sharpener in it which is super convenient, I love this. It comes in five shades brown, black, grey, plum and navy.

Triple Threat Color Stick, Thrive designed this to be used for cheeks, eyes and lips. I use this mainly on cheeks and sometimes my lips, but not at the same time ladies you can’t be too matching. I found this product to have have really good staying power and because they are well pigmented a little goes a long way. These sticks have a brush built into one side to buff out the cheek color but its a little hard to clean, I would just use it in a pinch. The Color Sticks come in four shades. I like the the coral colors Olivia and Maggie which are cute summer colors.
