I know I’m a little behind on this post but it’s always nice to start the New Year off with clean slate. Juice cleanses, food detox’s, goals and resolutions. It’s hard to figure out what is right for you and your body. I usually do a juice cleanse but its hard to do with kids, having to feed them when your not eating. I have found myself wanting to eat the old cereal lodged in the crevices of their car seats I’m so hungry. So this year I’m opting to clean up my eating with a food detox!
