In their own words ClassPass is a monthly service that gives its members access to the best studios in their city. For $99 a month members get 10 classes to be used to visit any studio of their choice up to 3 times per month. Their mission is simple; “We want fitness to be accessible and approachable. We want fitness minded people to be able to meet like-minded individuals; where a thriving community and support system can become established.”

Training Mate LA
If you are like me, I hate doing the same thing over and over and crave variety. But the price of being fit and healthy is most of the time too steep for my bank account. ClassPass gives an affordable solution to those who like me refuse to pay upwards of $35 for a single class that you aren’t even sure if you are going to like. If you are fitness junkie you can plan your month for a total body workout (this makes my nerdy workout self so giddy.) If you are novice and haven’t found your niche just yet, try everything and see what sticks! Plus, it finally gives us the freedom to not be locked down in a commitment to a gym membership or a bundle of super expensive classes that we may or may not get sick of. This is a fitness victory!
ClassPass is currently active in New York and has recently launched in Boston. Last month, through their website, NYC logged 150,000 reservations and is growing everyday. ClassPass launches in LA on Monday June 2nd and there is already a waitlist to get in. So go sign up at ClassPass.com right now!! Mary is confident that everyone will get in as membership has been doubling every month in NYC and Boston.
